If you were to go out on the street today and ask people, “What type of government do we have in the United States?” A vast majority of them would say that we are a Democracy. While these people are partially correct they are at the same time very wrong.
Alerted by a party of dispatch riders sent to warn the town (the most famous of which was Paul Revere) 77 militia members met the British forces on the town green at Lexington. After being ordered to surrender their arms in face of far superior numbers, the militia began to disperse. Just then, a single shot was heard, prompting an active engagement. During the fight, eight militia members were killed, and another 9 wounded. Only one British soldier was wounded.
This week I was able to talk with Kevin Dixie owner of No Other Choice Firearms Training LLC. We talk about the Truth, Black Wall Street, and the Underground Railroad. We also talk about the importance of being involved in your community.
It’s clear what the intent of those opposing the 2nd Amendment ultimately will be. A systematic removal of Rights, justified by manipulation of emotion and politicized redefinition of language. Let’s imagine what that means to the public.
I recently read an article released by the FBI about the “active shooter” incidents that occurred in America during the years 2016 and 2017.
The most important figure in my mind was that 8 (yes, only 8) shooters were stopped by citizens. And out of those 8 only 4 used firearms. The number of lives those brave citizens saved can’t be measured. Those people are true heroes.
Throughout our lives, most of us do plenty of stupid stuff. After doing some stupid stuff, you will scratch your head realizing just how stupid it was.
The list of all of those that were so tragically taken away from their families, their friends, and their country on September 11, 2001. Words alone will never be enough to express the supreme sadness that befell our nation, so it is ever more important that we remember their names. May they rest in everlasting peace.

Clothing Company Levi Strauss recently jumped into an anti-gun position by financially supporting “gun violence” prevention. In the next four years, Levi Strauss is committing to donate up to a million dollars to fund anti-gun organizations, Live Free and Everytown for Gun Safety.
My very life was made possible because a good man was able to stop a pair of bad men, and the knowledge of that has never been lost to me or diminished with the passage of time. I am the living embodiment of knowing when to rise and fight. However, I have also been taught an equally important lesson…I had to Learn To Be Still.
